I didn't read this as a horror story, but a "bitter" story.
She's raising an unnecessary difficulty on herself that her male neighbors can understand and sympathize with. but she won't accept that. wallowing in her inadequacies and sinking into needless despair.
But, also, To the extent that her society is telling her she's worthless for not being them, she doesn't need to give in to the vice of pride to understand that the society is wrong on that point.
Are the males of such overwhelming intelligence that they never want for entertainment? Of course not. Let her write books.
And, if the men are truly intelligent, and not aiming to have the world resemble the surface of the moon, they'd ditch the artificial wombs and marry.
While it is a base human thinking pattern this obsession with equity, equality, justice, **fairness** has been getting excerberated with every passing generation. We dont mind that humans arent equal, Penny from Big Bang theory might be peeved about her neighbors intelligence but she digests it and grows more by it. Genius is okay from a distance, it rings alarm bells when its in radius or direct competition, a genius sibling is painful. This is pure selective application of human instincts, we react to what is close even if on a physical level a genius sibling would only help you while a genius han person will take your job.
No society 75 IQ above us would, should turn their back to girls like yours. Every human being can learn to cope. Society doesnt need her, in an utopian society this could be the truth for all of us. An ideal system shouldnt rely on any of its indivdual parts to function. She should learn to drop her spite, an utopian society would help her clean her spite.
